We are not in the business of planning void of execution. Our team will ensure the strategic plan does not simply collect dust on a bookshelf, but will be broken down to the project plan and tactical level. We will help break down the work structures, scope, map out internal and external requirements, establish a schedule, determine resources, engage stakeholders, deploy a communication plan, and mitigate risks and barriers. And, projects are often managed in a silo, rather than in a portfolio, which leads to burnout, cannibalization of resources, misaligned goals, and duplicative activities. We will help create an infrastructure and system so that projects are managed as a portfolio.
